Eligibility for Return & Exchange
To be eligible for a return or exchange:

- The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition you received it.
- Proof of purchase (order number or invoice) is required.
Items Not Eligible for Return
- Opened or used pet food and treats
- Hygiene-related products (e.g., grooming items that have been used)
- Sale or discounted items (unless defective)
- Any product damaged due to misuse or improper handling
Return Process

If approved, we’ll share the return instructions.
You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product was damaged or incorrect.
We recommend using a trackable shipping method. Ghanima Store is not liable for lost return shipments.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or incorrect. For eligible exchanges, contact us at info@ghanimaa.com with images of the issue.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, you’ll be notified by email.
If approved, your refund will be processed within 7 business days via the original payment method.
Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the error was from our side.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund:
Recheck your bank or payment provider.
Contact your bank/credit card company (some delays are normal).
